Customers who purchased their RAYCOP directly through our website have automatically been registered and do not need to fill out the form.
The limited warranty coverage is one year for allergen vacuums and two years for cordless vacuums. Coverage includes RAYCOP parts: dust box, surface brush, and UV lamp and protective covering. Other types of accessory replacements based on usual wear and tear (unless defective) are not covered under warranty such as: dust box filters, HEPA filters, the RS2 stand, maintenance brush and cloth. RAYCOP products purchased from overseas or through an unauthorized reseller like eBay do not qualify for the North America warranty policy.
