ICO Warranty

Manufacturer's Limited Warranty

Raycop warrants its product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one to two years, depending on the model, from the date of the original purchase from Raycop or an authorized Raycop reseller.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty does not cover damage, defects or failure caused by or resulting from accident, external destruction, alteration, modification, abuse, misuse or misapplication of this product.

Please read all the documentations carefully to ensure Raycop was used as intended.

Please note that Raycop will not accept returns without a proper return authorization number (RMA). Please follow the instructions below:

  • Locate the original sales receipt and make note of your model and serial number.
  • Email us at support@raycop.com, or call Raycop at 1-866-8RAYCOP (1-866-872-9267).  Our phone support hours are M-F from 10:00am – 5:00pm (PST).
  • You will be asked to provide your name, address, date of purchase, model and serial number.
  • Customer support will provide additional details on how to ship the device back to Raycop.

Raycop offers free ground shipping within the Continental U.S for products purchased from our online store at raycop.com.  Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.  You also have the option to expedite your shipping at check out.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you wish to return any products purchased from the Raycop online store within the first 30 days, please contact us prior to sending in your product.  You can email us at support@raycop.com, or call us between 10am-5pm M-F Pacific time at 1-866-8RAYCOP (1-866-872-9267).  Our Customer Support representative will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send the product back to us.  Returns must be in the original packaging, with all accessories enclosed, to be accepted.  Any returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.  Refunds are typically issued within 30 days after products have been received at the warehouse.

If there is a problem with the product you purchased, we will send a new replacement product and you can ship back the non-working unit free of charge.

 

30-Day Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Unless otherwise stated, any purchase made directly from Raycop North America Inc, online or through our call centers, may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling and restocking fees). Raycop will refund the purchase price, but not provide a product exchange. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise the 30-day money back guarantee by following the instructions below:

 

How to Return an Item
  1. You must return the item within 30 days of receipt of the product along
  2. If a product bundle was purchased, for example the “Power Bundle”, and you wish to return one of them, the refund will be pro-rated.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage is not covered under this policy.
Merchandise that has missing parts or batteries (if applicable) will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
You shall bear all expenses related to shipping charges on machines and/or parts.
Additionally, we will provide refund payments through PayPal for purchases made via PayPal. In the event that the PayPal account used to place the order has been closed or is unable to receive funds, we will issue a bank check and receipt of the refund may be delayed. Please contact our customer service representatives to obtain further PayPal refund assistance.

 

Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to include a 10% restocking fee, which would be deducted from your refund. Unless otherwise stated, we do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
