One Year Limited Warranty
RAYCOP warrants its product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase from RAYCOP or an authorized RAYCOP reseller. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty does not cover damage, defects or failure caused by or resulting from accident, external destruction, alteration, modification, abuse, misuse or misapplication of this product. Please read all the documentations carefully to ensure RAYCOP was used as intended. Please note that RAYCOP will not accept returns without a proper return authorization number (RMA). Please follow the instructions below:
- Locate the original sales receipt and make note of your model and serial number.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call RAYCOP at 1-866-8RAYCOP (1-866-872-9267). Our phone support hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific time.
- You will be asked to provide your name, address, date of purchase, model and serial number.
- Customer support will provide additional details on how to ship the purifier back to RAYCOP.
RAYCOP products purchased from overseas or through an unauthorized reseller unfortunately do not qualify for the North America warranty policy.
One-year warranty coverage includes RAYCOP parts: dust box, surface brush, and UV lamp and protective covering. Other types of accessory replacements based on usual wear and tear (unless defective) are not covered under warranty such as: dust box filters, HEPA filters, the RS2 stand, maintenance brush and cloth.
