Manufacturer's Limited Warranty

Raycop warrants its product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one to two years, depending on the model, from the date of the original purchase from Raycop or an authorized Raycop reseller.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty does not cover damage, defects or failure caused by or resulting from accident, external destruction, alteration, modification, abuse, misuse or misapplication of this product.

Please read all the documentations carefully to ensure Raycop was used as intended.

Please note that Raycop will not accept returns without a proper return authorization number (RMA). Please follow the instructions below:

  • Locate the original sales receipt and make note of your model and serial number.
  • Email us at, or call RAYCOP at 1-866-8RAYCOP (1-866-872-9267).  Our phone support hours are from 10:00am to 5:00pm Pacific time.
  • You will be asked to provide your name, address, date of purchase, model and serial number.
  • Customer support will provide additional details on how to ship the device back to RAYCOP.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you wish to return any products purchased from the Raycop online store within the first 30 days, please contact us prior to sending in your product.  You can email us at, or call us between 10am-5pm M-F Pacific time at 1-866-8RAYCOP (1-866-872-9267).  Our Customer Support representative will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send the product back to us.  Returns must be in the original packaging, with all accessories enclosed, to be accepted.  Any returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.  Refunds are typically issued within 30 days after products have been received at the warehouse.

If there is a problem with the product you purchased, we will send a new replacement product and you can ship back the non-working unit free of charge.
